Terms of Engagement
1. About 101
101 provides ongoing personal and residential services, including personal assistance, coordination of arrangements, and oversight of private residences.
Services are relationship-based and delivered on a limited basis to ensure availability, discretion, and continuity.
2. Nature of the relationship
Engagement with 101 is not a membership or subscription in the traditional sense.
Services are provided on an ongoing basis following an initial agreement, and are shaped around the specific needs, preferences, and circumstances of each client.
There is no fixed catalogue of services. Requests are handled as they arise, within reasonable and lawful boundaries.
3. Scope of services
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Personal assistance and day-to-day coordination
Handling arrangements, reservations, and bookings
Liaising with private staff, advisors, and third parties
Oversight of private residences
Coordination of household staff, contractors, and service providers
Assistance with gatherings, occasions, and related logistics
Services are provided with care, discretion, and attention, but outcomes may depend on third parties outside of 101’s direct control.
4. Availability and communication
A dedicated point of contact is provided.
Availability is ongoing and responsive, without fixed office hours. While every effort is made to respond promptly, immediate response cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
Communication may take place via email, telephone, or messaging platforms, as agreed.
5. Third-party providers
Where third-party suppliers, venues, or service providers are involved, 101 acts as a coordinator and intermediary.
Contracts for goods or services are entered into directly between the client and the third party. 101 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party providers, but will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues should they arise.
Any fees, charges, or cancellation costs imposed by third parties remain the responsibility of the client.
6. Fees and expenses
Fees for 101’s services are agreed in advance.
Costs incurred on behalf of the client, including third-party services, bookings, or expenses, are billed separately and must be approved in advance where possible.
Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary to carry out requests.
Clients are responsible for honouring bookings, reservations, and commitments made on their behalf, including compliance with cancellation policies.
8. Limitations
101 will not undertake requests that are unlawful, unsafe, or unethical.
Services are provided for personal and private use only. 101 is not liable for business, commercial, or investment-related losses.
9. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential.
101 does not disclose client identities, arrangements, or personal matters to third parties except where required to carry out agreed services or where legally required.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction agreed between the parties.
